Saving Amur Leopards and Tigers in the Russian Far East

This project aims at saving Amur leopards and tigers in the Russian Far East where less than thirty-five individuals survive. The conservation strategies include protection from illegal hunting and habitat destruction, awareness programmes with local villages, and compensation schemes for deer farmers.
